Terms & conditions
Last updated 11 August 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the WorkinEU HR portal and the recruitment services of WorkinEU Human Resources Consultancies L.L.C. By submitting an application or enquiry you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the portal.
2. What we do and do not promise
- We present vacancies received from employers or their appointed EU representatives, and we represent your application to those employers.
- We do not guarantee employment. Selection is the employer's decision alone.
- We do not guarantee a visa or work permit. Work permits are issued by the destination-country ministry and visas by its embassy or consulate. Neither decision is ours, and neither is appealable by us on your behalf.
- Timelines we publish are typical ranges based on past cases, not commitments. Ministry and embassy stages are outside our control.
3. Your obligations as a candidate
- Give accurate, truthful information and genuine documents.
- Tell us promptly if your circumstances change — passport renewal, address, marital status, criminal record, or a medical condition affecting fitness for the role.
- Attend interviews and appointments you have accepted, or tell your coordinator in advance if you cannot.
- Keep your tracking link private.
Submitting forged or altered documents is grounds for immediate termination of your application without refund of costs already incurred, and may be reported to the relevant authorities. Embassies commonly impose multi-year bans for document fraud.
4. Fees
- Our service charge, if any applies to your case, is disclosed to you in writing and itemised before you commit, and is collected only after your employment contract is confirmed.
- Third-party costs — government fees, embassy and VFS fees, medical examinations, translation, attestation, and airfare where not employer-paid — are separate, are paid to those parties, and are generally non-refundable once incurred.
- Payments are accepted only through the official company channels stated on your written invoice. We never request payment to a personal account, wallet, or over social media. We are not responsible for money sent outside our official channels.
5. Employers and partner agencies
- Employers warrant that vacancies are genuine, lawful, and offered on terms complying with destination-country labour law, including wages, hours and accommodation standards.
- Placement fees are payable on the terms of the separate written agreement between us and the employer.
- Candidate data supplied to an employer may be used only to assess that candidate for the stated vacancy and must be deleted or returned when the process ends.
6. Portal use
You agree not to:
- Submit applications on another person's behalf without their authority;
- Scrape, bulk-download or republish vacancy listings;
- Attempt to access another applicant's file, guess tracking tokens, or interfere with the portal's security;
- Upload malware or content you have no right to share.
7. Intellectual property
The portal, its content and branding belong to WorkinEU Human Resources Consultancies L.L.C. Documents you upload remain yours; you grant us the licence needed to process your application as described in our privacy policy.
8. Liability
We are liable for our own negligence in performing the services described here. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for: employer decisions, ministry or embassy decisions and delays, third-party service failures, losses arising from information you gave us that was inaccurate, or money you sent outside our official payment channels. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the service charge you paid us.
9. Termination
You may withdraw your application at any time in writing; see the refund policy for what is returnable. We may end an application for document fraud, non-cooperation, abusive conduct toward staff or employers, or where the vacancy is withdrawn by the employer.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory protections available to you under the law of your country of residence or of the destination country.
