Ethical recruitment is mostly a claim about money. Here is ours, in plain terms, so you can hold us to it.
We will never ask you for any of this.

- Any payment before your employment contract is confirmed
- Payment to a personal bank account, wallet, or over social media
- A fee to simply apply, or to be added to our candidate pool
- A fee to see a vacancy or to be given an interview
Two kinds of money
Our own service charge, and third-party costs paid to somebody else. The difference matters, because only one of them can ever come back to you.
Money we have not yet spent on your behalf comes back to you. Money already paid to a government body, embassy, medical centre or translator cannot — because we cannot recover it either.
Every such cost is itemised for you in writing before it is incurred. You are never asked to approve a number you have not seen.

Our service charge
Where one applies to your case, it is disclosed to you in writing and itemised before you commit, and collected only after your employment contract is confirmed.

Government & embassy fees
Visa application, permit and consular fees, paid to those authorities. Non-refundable once incurred, because we cannot recover them either.

Medical examination
At an approved centre, at the published rate of that centre.

Police clearance certificate
At the rate charged by your home country authority.

Translation & attestation
Certified translation and document attestation, at the provider's rate.

Airfare
Where the employer does not cover it. The contract states which party pays before you sign.
Applying
Free. Always. Including being added to our candidate pool and being put forward for interviews.
After selection
Third-party costs begin — medical, police clearance, translation. Each one itemised and approved by you first.
After contract confirmed
Only now can any service charge of ours be collected, on terms you already have in writing.
Asked for money by someone claiming to be us?
Report it. It costs you nothing and it protects the next person. We would rather hear about ten false alarms than miss one real case.
