We source and place skilled and unskilled workers into industries across Europe and the Middle East — screening, documentation, visas, deployment and onboarding, handled end to end.

Room cleaning and floor service at a city residence property. You work to a set daily room list with a supervisor on each floor. Uniforms and cleaning equipment are provided by the employer.

Which countries do you place candidates in?
Europe and the Gulf. Our current European client base is concentrated in Latvia, Lithuania and Romania, and we place extensively across the United Arab Emirates — Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
How long does the process take?
For Europe, typically five to seven months after the visa stage. For the Gulf, fifteen to thirty days after the visa stage. Timelines before that depend on employer selection and government processing, which are outside our control.
Do I need prior experience to apply?
It depends on the category. Warehouse, cleaning, agriculture and general labour roles regularly accept candidates without prior overseas experience. Skilled trades, medical, oil and gas and administration roles require documented experience and, in some cases, a trade test or language certificate.
Are there any upfront fees?
Any service charge that applies to your case is disclosed to you in writing and itemised before you commit. Government, embassy, medical and attestation fees are paid directly to those authorities. We never request payment to a personal account or over social media.
What documents will I need?
At minimum a valid passport and a medical report. Depending on the destination and role you may also need a police clearance certificate, qualification certificates, and translated or attested copies. Your coordinator will give you the exact list for your case.
How do I check my application status?
When you apply you receive a private tracking link. Open it any time to see which of the five stages your file is on. Never share that link — it is specific to you.
I am an employer. How do we start?
Send us your manpower requirement through the contact form or call the Dubai office. We analyse the requirement, confirm a job order, and begin sourcing through our branch offices and partner network.
